Responsible

• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance across all machinery.
• Analyze issues and trends to develop predictive maintenance strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns.
• Manage emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and ensure technician team performance meets standards.
• Support installation and improvement of machinery, control systems, and safety.
• Plan and control maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

More qualification

• Graudated with Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or any related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance or automation systems.
• Have knowledge in mechanical/ electrical/mechatronics engineering.
• ็Have knowledge in preventive and predictive maintenance (PM & PdM).
• Have experience with maintenance management systems, repair data analysis, and spare parts control.
• Understanding of 5S and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and AutoCAD.
• Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Good skills in PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, instrumentation & sensors would be an advantage.
• Have knowledge in electrical systems and electronic circuits.
• High sense of responsibility and positive attitude.
• Leadership, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.
• Honest, proactive, punctual, and a strong team player with continuous improvement mindset.
